A delicious recipe of KHARA MASALA QEEMA is given to you by Urdu Recipe.<br /><br />INGRDIENTS:<br /><br />*Oil (1/2 cup)<br />*Beef Mince (1/2 kg)<br />*Ginger & Garlic Paste (3 tsp heaped)<br />*Onion sliced (4 medium)<br />*Tomato sliced (4 medium)<br />*Cumin (1 tsp)<br />*Cloves (6-8)<br />*Black Pepper (6-8)<br />*Black Cardamom (1)<br />*Green Cardamom (4-5)<br />*Cinamon Stick (2"of 1)<br />*Yougert (4 tbsp)<br />*Red Chilli Flakes (2 tsp)<br />*Garlic Cloves Sliced (7)<br />*Salt (1/2 tsp)<br />*Chicken Stock Cube (1)<br />*Whole Spice Powder (1/2 tsp)<br />*Ginger Juline (1 tbsp)<br />*Green Coriander Chopped (2 tbsp)<br />*Green Chillies (4 slit cut)<br /><br />METHOD:<br /><br />1.Take a pan oil, sliced onion,cumin, cloves, balck pepper, black cardamom, green cardamom & cinamon stick mix it well and cook until onion become soft or tranparent. <br /><br />2.Add mince, ginger garlic paste & salt mix it and cook until mince water dries up (med high flame).<br /><br />3.Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli flakes, whole red chilli button, chicken stock cube, garlic cloves sliced & yougert mix well cover and cook with slow flame until water dries up completly and oil comes on top.<br /><br />4.Add ginger, green chillies, green coriander chopped, whole spice powder, let it simmer about 2-3 mins.<br /><br />5.Serve with Naan or Chapati or Pori.
